It had everything that was needed and the showers were good. Nice and big, lots of room and the kitchen was well appointed.
It was a bit dingy and very noisy. The place looked like some random Joe Bloggs had done the plastering, the flooring in the wet rooms was very squeaky. The floor levels throughout the building were massively out of whack! So bad that if a house had been discovered in that condition in Christchurch post earthquake, it would have been demolished!
