Roomy, well equiped, washer drier very convenient for winter, close to cafes and beach.
Garage Parking narrow so caution if a larger car, busy area so on street parking not always easy. Bring supplies as no local dairy nearby.

Great apartment, very spacious. Great location. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes I walking distance. Easy check-in. And there is a mini pool table in the lounge room.
Car space was a little tight,( but there was an alternative carport nearby if needed)

Good location- reasonable price- clean
Found the location noisy - the street noise was annoying late at night.The onsite car parking was very tight and made the parking of a larger SUV difficult.some of the furniture was “ tired” and probably needs replacing such as the lounge/sofa
