Park the car in the internal garage and explore on foot. This sleek, sun-drenched 3-level townhouse (built 2024) features a lovely kitchen and `brand-new everything` just 2.5km from the Octagon.

• Level 2: Open-plan living/kitchen + guest toilet.
• Level 3: Main bathroom + 2 bedrooms (1 Queen, 2 Singles).

We love welcoming guests and expect that all our guests are respectful of the apartment. What we ask is that:
1. During your stay, you relax, enjoy yourselves and report any damage to the property.
2. All dirty towels are placed inside the shower floor or bathroom. Do not leave towels on the beds or carpet.
3. Before leaving, check you have all your belongings and take the rubbish and recycling outside and put in the big rubbish bins by the entrance. This is a nice way to be an extra amazing guest, it really helps our cleaning team!
4. If you smoke or vape, you need to go to the outside area by the kitchen. Please shut the door so that the smell doesn`t come inside.
