Well communicated in advance on how to retrieve keys and on such a cold day we were allowed to check in early which was so fantastic as we had a 2 year old as part of our family group. So much space, fantastic house, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms so configurations pleased everyone. Nice views from the top floor and only a few minutes drive to downtown.
There were a couple of maintenance issues - lights not working and power switches that were broken - so hopefully they are aware and well get repaired.

Large spacious clean
Better curtains. More accurate parking details. Website states that we could use garage but arriving notice stated we could not.

lots of space, good view, good location
non functional laundry, under sized hot water unit, weak wifi, at this price level no milk or shampoo, some joinery and fixtures poor quality, hairdryer in main bathroom but no power outlet, some fixtures not working or needed attention
