Great place for a group of friends to enjoy a weekend in Dunedin! The kitchen and dining area was spacious and well stocked. The living area was cosy and the mix of bedrooms upstairs and downstairs was ideal for our larger group.
The driveway was very steep, but we received clear instructions advising us of the fact, before checking in. If arriving in the evening, the parking spot is unlit, but close to the house.

Views were amazing. Very comfortable and inviting. Well equipped kitchen. Could easily walk to the beach cafe's, although be prepared for a big steep walk back!! Loved it.
A bit of an old musty smell, but tbf its an old place. Would have been nice to use the fireplace.

Amazing views and lots of space, easy to access (albeit a very steep driveway to the property)
-So may moths in the upstairs bathroom, they just kept coming no matter how many O got rid of.
-Only one TV in the home that was very dated with no smart features for streaming.
-Very expensive for two nights for the quality of the place but we appreciated the views.
