Sardinian Vacation Home, Near the Beach with a Well-Maintained Garden, Wi-Fi, Parking, and Air Conditioning

From Villa Karmen, you can take a leisurely stroll in your flip-flops with a towel to the beach, just 150 meters away. The path is at ground level, so it takes no more than a minute. Right at the beach entrance is the nicely decorated beach bar “Cafè do Mar,” where you can comfortably enjoy a coffee or lunch with a view of the sea. The villa is surrounded on three sides by a lush, well-maintained garden filled with Mediterranean plants. You enter this typical Sardinian house from the large, shaded terrace with a dining table. You’ll immediately feel the pleasant coolness inside the well-insulated house. The living room, featuring a dining area and a sitting area with a fireplace (air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi), is the heart of the villa. From here, you can access the adjacent kitchen, which opens onto the rear terrace with a small breakfast table and the front terrace with outdoor seating. The built-in kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from a large refrigerator with a freezer to a hand blender.
A small bedroom with a French bed is located next to the living room, facing the terrace. The two other double bedrooms are in the rear section of the house, which is separated from the rest by a door and a hallway. The first double bedroom, which overlooks the garden, has an en suite bathroom; the second double bedroom, also with a garden view, has a separate bathroom with a shower and bathtub. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens.
There are two parking spaces in the garden. There is an outdoor shower and a barbecue. A sprinkler system and automatic lighting have been installed. An outdoor staircase leads to the small rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
