About this house rental
Just 150 meters (about 250 steps) from the pristine white beach of Cannesisa, the White House is the ideal home for a family with children. Its multi-level layout also makes it an excellent choice for two small families. It occupies the first floor and attic level of a larger villa, complete with a garden and private parking. You won’t need a car to get to the beach. The portion of the villa reserved for you is approximately 100 square meters, in addition to the outdoor porches and the garden.
The Space
Its extreme proximity to the beach (150 actual meters—about 250 actual steps) makes the White House the ideal choice for a family with children.
The section reserved exclusively for you is spread over two floors, which are connected but can be used independently if needed. This makes it an excellent choice for two small, separate families or an “extended” family. The house (a two-family home) is surrounded on three sides by a large, well-equipped garden (gazebo for meals—outdoor grill—gazebo for relaxing, outdoor shower). Entering through the main entrance leads to the upper floor, which consists of an open-concept attic space with a comfortable double bed and a single sofa bed. There is a comfortable and spacious bathroom with a shower. The upper level is completed by a ground-level terrace with a small kitchen and an upper terrace offering views of the hills and a glimpse of the sea. The first floor, which can be accessed not only through the entrance described above but also through a separate entrance, consists of a kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher) that opens directly onto an outdoor area featuring a gazebo, a barbecue, and a dining table. Also on the first floor is a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed. Adjacent to the kitchen is an utility room with a washing machine. A hallway leads to a spacious double bedroom—which can accommodate a crib upon request—and the bathroom.
The separation by floors ensures complete privacy and seclusion, even for two couples or two families with one child each. The house, which has recently undergone a complete renovation, is modern in design and furnishings. Its close proximity to the sea and the privacy of the spaces make the house ideal for families with children. The house is equipped with cribs, high chairs, and some children’s toys. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.
The remaining independent portion of the villa, consisting of another apartment—partly on the first floor and partly in the basement—is reserved for our exclusive use.
The parking area, accessible via an electric gate, is located in a shared section of the garden. The rest of the garden, enclosed by a fence, is for your exclusive use.
One side of the house borders the remaining portion of a two-family home owned by a third party.
