The very well maintained, typical Sardinian holiday home is framed by a large covered terrace, which offers a magnificent all-round view of the sea, the beach and the villa settlement. Even the cozy living room with adjoining kitchen is towards the sea and directly connected to the terrace, like all rooms of the house. The four bedrooms are all en-suite, with air conditioning, satellite TV, external access and safe. Beautiful terraces with sea views are at the villa, next to or above, all with a sea view. The sandy beach is a few meters (about 100) and also the well-stocked grocery store you can walk comfortably. It is also a typical restaurant and a breakfast bar connected.
