ONE STEP FROM THE SEA is a villa 50m from the sea on the beach of Geremeas, within an exclusive village on the coast of Geremeas, surrounded by a private garden of about 250 square meters and adjacent to a eucalyptus forest. ONE STEP FROM THE SEA consists of 140 square meters on two floors, plus a beautiful terrace from which you can see the sea.
The extreme convenience of the villa, equipped with finishes and every comfort, including free wifi connection, in addition to the proximity to the sea and the services in the village, allow you to enjoy a true experience of Sardinia.
UN PASSO DL MARE has private parking for one car, within the same property. From the garden and the veranda at the entrance (where there is a living room for relaxation and a dining area) you enter the first floor, where there is the living room, the kitchen and a sleeping area with bathroom and two bedrooms. The stairs (there is a stairlift) lead to the first floor in a double bedroom with private bathroom. This room opens onto a large terrace with a canopy, but with the possibility of a solarium, from which you can see the sea and the woods. The garden is equipped with a large umbrella with table and 6 chairs for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a relaxation area with a swing and a barbecue and outdoor sink where you can prepare and roast food in comfort. There is also a covered outdoor shower and a drying area for towels and linen.
The beach is free in June, but UN PASSO DAL MARE provides umbrellas, chairs and beach towels to enjoy the beach without worries. In July and August an umbrella with two sunbeds is available in the private concession on the beach.
UN PASSO DAL MARE is inside a village where access or parking is not allowed, except for the owners and their guests. In July and August, there is a night surveillance service.
Inside the village there are a kiosk by the sea, a lounge bar, a restaurant-pizzeria and a market. For sports enthusiasts there are football, basketball, tennis, five-a-side football, beach-volleyball, beach-tennis and bowling fields. A contribution is required for some of these fields. A kiosk inside the village, near the beach, offers the possibility of breakfasts and aperitifs and one outside the village on the beach offers fragrant fried seafood. The s. Mass is held outdoors in the grove. Dance and baby dance evening events are planned by the managers. Only pedestrians and bicycles circulate in the village so it is a paradise for children, teenagers and people of all ages. You can forget about the car, but nearby there are beautiful beaches and the possibility of wonderful trips with horseback riding, quod and diving.
At the entrance of the village there is a bus stop that takes you to the city of Cagliari (to the east), or to the beaches of Villasimius, Costarei (to the west) in less than half an hour.
