We spent three wonderful weeks in Rosalba's house. The house is really excellent. It is quite spacious and cozy. It has almost everything you might need, but even if you can't find something, just ask Rosabla. Bedrooms have wardrobes and mosquito nets. Everything (including bathrooms) is meticulously clean and neat. The absolute gem of the house is big sea-faced terrace with BBQ, dinner place and a few sofas. It is nice place to have breakfast or to spend evening with a bottle of wine. Thanks to the plants around the site you feel privacy and don't see the neighbors. The location of the house is absolutely great. You need only fair 5 minutes to reach a wonderful sandy beach by foot. Even at the end of July the beach wasn't overcrowded. Our kid spent hours there and he was absolutely happy. The water was incredibly clear and warm during most of the days. We didn't spend a day without swimming. With a car you can easily reach Cagliari (~40 min), Elmas airport (~35-40 mins), supermarkets like Auchan or Carrefour (~30 min). Our recommendation is to visit Cagliari market where you can buy variety of fresh fruits and vegetables (better choice, price and quality than in supermarkets) and unbeatable sea products (fresh fish, oysters, etc.) Rosalba is a super host. Communication was fast and clear. She helped us to book local restaurants (since we don't speak Italian) and she was ready to resolve any problem and to answer any question. At the day of our arrival when our ferry was significantly delayed, she had been waiting us at night till 2 a.m., to make check-in and shortly show the house. Welcome cold wine and beer were very appreciated after long journey. During entire stay Rosalba was easily reachable online with messenger. We absolutely recommend the house and the place. We do hope to come back in future and spend another nice holidays there.
