Detached vacation home near the beach with a large yard and parking

This charming vacation home is actually just 200 meters from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the area. The path runs almost at ground level, first along the access road to the villa complex and then along a short walkway to the gently sloping white sand. Two beach kiosks offer cold drinks and food; you can rent beach umbrellas and chairs, as well as inflatable boats and pedal boats. Just a few steps from the house, you’ll find a well-stocked supermarket with homemade cakes and bread, a butcher, and a nearby fishmonger. There’s also a nice bar and a large restaurant serving excellent, traditional local cuisine.
The Villetta is surrounded by a spacious, lush green garden. It offers plenty of opportunities to relax in the cool shade of the large, covered veranda or to sunbathe on one of the comfortable garden loungers. A parking space secured by a gate is included with the house. The interior is divided into a living room with a fireplace and a separate kitchenette with a counter and outdoor access. A double bedroom with a window opening onto the covered terrace and a smaller bedroom with two beds, along with a bathroom with a shower, make up the sleeping area of the house.
The large, covered terrace with a view of the garden is beautiful; it is divided into a dining area and a relaxation area with a brick outdoor grill, an outdoor shower, and a foosball table.
We charge separately for electricity usage; for the rental of bed linens and towels, we charge 20 euros per person per change.
