About this apartment rental
THE APARTMENT is part of our beautiful houses in Brunswick! You can come a go as you please, private entrance, private ensuite, fully private equipped kitchen and little dining area and private deck. It comes fully furnished with study desk, TV wall mounted for bedtime viewing and independent heating & cooling.
The Apartment is lovely. You enter through a private gate where you have on your right the private outdoor Deck/balcony.
The studio has been recently renovated.
Comes with:
- Fully Furnished Kitchen
- 2 stove Burner with Exhaust Fan
- Microwave that works as convention oven too
- Fridge - Dinning Table for 2
- Smart Tv mounted on the wall ( In Bedroom)
- Wardrobes
- Private Ensuite Bathroom
- Study Table
You are welcome to use the facilities of the main house ( bigger kitchen if you want to) , Compfy Couches, Outdoor area and laundry.
Guest access
Living at 209 Brunswick Road offers you the opportunity to be private and do your own thing… or be social and interact with other guests and make friends.
Each guest has exclusive access to their apartment. However, if you are in the mood to socialise and meet new people in the same situation as you, this property provides a perfect environment for guests to meet and mingle.
The property has:
- Unlimited NBN high speed internet
- Undercover BBQ area with outdoor Table
- Fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities
- Open Large TV / Dining area - Laundry
Things to note
- Laundry Facilities are available ( Washing and Drying). Coin operated, very cheap $2- $4 AUD with big commercial machines.
-Toilet paper is only provided upon check in as a courtesy. Same for bags, sponges, soap and dishwashing liquid. Cleaning equipment is basic.
-Towels and linen are provided however service for changing linen or washing linen during the stay is not included.
- No oil, salt, pepper and any kind of food is provided.
