Loved the location, friendliness and responsiveness of the host, cosy, quirky and functional space to sleep and hang out. Loved the access to walkable places and public transport.

Eddie was so nice and the place is so central to Brunswick, but it's quiet and peaceful at night. My daughter loved the loft bed and there was plenty of space for us all. Will definitely stay again.

Great communication from host, Eddie. The location was great with a short walk to Moreland Station and the tram stops. Beds were firm and comfy. The outdoor area under the trees was lovely. Complimentary cold beers on arrival were great and a personal touch.
Consideration should be given if you are a large person with large bags, as you will likely not fit into the property as the entry gate is so narrow you have to enter sideways. The facilities definitely need a refurb - simple things like the bathroom dustbin was rusty and the foot pedal did not work; one of the bathroom hooks was broken off and lying on the floor. Sadly, the complimentary soy milk had expired 3 months before.
