Ease of access, great communication from host, well kept and very convenient location for train access. Perfect size for couple or 2 people.
Due to its train line access, noise from passing trains and machinery will likely stir light sleepers. May feel small if more than 2 people staying.

The perfect place to recover from jet lag! We were very happy and enjoyed our stay. The equipment was very nice and high quality, especially the two very good beds in different rooms. We didn't come by car, but there are good transport links. The public transport stop couldn't be closer, with good connections to the city by frequent trains.
Very hard to find something that is not good. There is no dryer, this could have helped in winter. Shops is a while to walk, but we arranged on the way from and to city. Nothing else I could think of, really a great place.

A great location for Essendon and very handy to the trains. Essendon Village readily walkable and under cover car parking. Very secure.
For 2 bedrooms there was only a small table with 2 chairs.

Modern place, comfortable beds, good instructions.
Under beds and sofas definitely hadn't been cleaned between guests (had some interesting surprises....) Couldn't find a place to walk to for milk closer than 15mins walk away.
