About this apartment rental
THE APARTMENT is part of our beautiful house in Brunswick! You can come a go as you please, private ensuite, fully private equipped kitchen and little dining area with a couch.
It comes fully furnished with study desk, TV wall mounted for bedtime viewing and independent heating & cooling.
The space
The studio has been recently renovated.
Comes with:
- Fully Furnished Kitchen
- 2 stove Burner with Exhaust Fan
- Microwave that works as convention oven too
- Fridge
- Dining Table for 2
- Smart Tv mounted on the wall ( In Bedroom)
- Wardrobes
- Private ensuite bathroom
- Study Table
- Couch
The apartment is located within the main building and is fully self contained.
You can if you choose use the facilities of the building... there is a big tv area... and a full kitchen.. but this is up to you :)
There is a common laundry near the BBQ area... that is available for all guests..
Guest access
Living at 209 Brunswick Road offers you the opportunity to be private and do your own thing… or be social and interact with other guests and make friends.
Each guest has exclusive access to their own bedroom/apartment. However, if you are in the mood to socialise and meet new people in the same situation as you, this property provides a perfect environment for guests to meet and mingle.
The property has:
- Unlimited NBN high speed internet
- Undercover BBQ area with outdoor Table
- Fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities and sink, pantry space for each guest.
- Open Large TV / Dining area - Laundry
Other things to note
Laundry Facilities are shared and available ( Washing and Drying). Coin operated, very cheap $2- $4 AUD with big commercial machines.
Toilet paper is only provided upon check in as a courtesy. Same for bags, sponges, soap and dishwashing liquid. Cleaning equipment is basic.
Towels and linen are provided however service for changing linen or washing linen during the stay is not included.
- No oil, salt, pepper and any kind of food is provided.
