Close to shops, plenty of cafes, restaurants and opp shops. Brilliant bookshop there Brunswick Bound.
Good access to public transport. Easy to get around city.
Very quiet, little traffic noise.
Clear communication from owner.
Comfortable stay.
Spiral staircase is quite steep and tight if maneuvering suitcases up.

It was cosy and comfortable loft style apt.
No toaster.
No kitchen sink plug.

Great location, very close to public transport, and easy walk to Brunswick.
The unit was tidy but could have done with a bit more attention to detail. The window sills were grimy, the kitchen sink could’ve done with a scrub and the toaster wasn’t clean. No windows upstairs made it quite stuffy, and with no aircon I imagine it would be quite hot in summer. The bed was very firm with no mattress protector.
