Location and cleanliness were fantastic for our trip. Extending for an extra night wasn’t a drama. Great communication and very helpful.

Fantastic location for us as close to Sandringham, our relatives who we were visiting and not far from the beach. Aldi across the road and backed on to several small cafes/ restaurants. Super convenient and great place for us with our small dog as it has a safe enclosed back courtyard. the apartment is large with an extra room between the kitchen dining and bedroom. Pretty quiet at night and slept well on a comfortable bed- the hum of fridges in shop next door was background sound which didn't bother us a at all. Lots of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, tissues, tea, coffee etc.

Parking is tricky and generally easier with an extra person to open and close the gates but the space is safe and secure. The general cleanliness could be improved i.e around the shower in the bathroom but there were plenty of cleaning materials, cloths, dish towels, washing up liquid and dishwasher tabelets which we appreciated.

Great location, spacious and comfortable. Excellent communication and friendly host.
