Location Cleanness Good communication with staff
Everything was perfect. I especially appreciated the videos showing how to access the building and dispose of the rubbish, which made everything so convenient. The only issue was that the frying pan and pots were no longer in usable condition.

The property met all our needs. Hosts were very responsive and helpful when I had questions. Smooth check-in and excellent location to cafes and train station.

The secure parking. The location was good. Easy to get to. neat and tidy. Had almost everything required.
More towels. Inadequate amount of towels. Small in size. Some spare pillows would have been good as the lady I was travelling with uses two pillow to sleep with. We were allocated one pillow each. No shampoo or body wash provided. It would be good to be told that you should bring your own pillow, towels and shampoo if they are not going to be supplied
