Someone came into room whilst the Mrs was in the bathroom... Cleaner perhaps... Not sure. Other then that how wonderful to be here.

The bed was incredibly soft. Quite comfortable although it was small. I love the fact they dont change anything extra to have your dog/s / pets with you. Nor do they charge a deposit. So no hidden fees. ♡♡ value for money, definitely.

I didnt like the cobwebs or dust built up. There was a kettle and 1 cup, although no coffee or sugar? Theres a large fridge in your room, but it was empty. Theres a kitchen there, however no inductions suggesting whether youre allowed to use anything thats there or not..? So i just ended up ordering my own meals and keeping to myself in the room. The window with the fly screen was broken, meaning people could enter your room with or without your knowledge if they chose to. Same with bugs and creepycrawlies.

I've stayed at and reviewed this Box Hill share house many times. I prefer to stay here, only if a room with Bathroom is available. The shower and toilet area for the "room only" option is very small (no bigger than a tiny wardrobe) with not much room to move, and you have to step up into the shower. The floor can be wet/slippery if the shower has just been used. Definitely not suitable for a person with mobility issues. Mobility issue also applies to the upstairs bedrooms (one with EnSuite), the other (room only). The stairs are quite steep so it's not easy to get your suitcase up and down them (if you are mobility impaired). Otherwise, this is great budget accommodation with Kitchen cooking facilities and Refrigerator. The bedding is always very clean; fresh smelling crisp white sheets.
