About this apartment rental
THE APARTMENT has a private entrance so you can come a go as you please, balcony with outdoor table for relaxing with friends, fully private equipped kitchen, separate bedroom with double size bed and ensuite private bathroom.
It comes fully furnished with study desk, TV wall mounted for bedtime viewing and independant heating & cooling.
The space
The Apartment is lovely. You enter through a private gate where you have on your right the private outdoor area/balcony. The main door opens to the kitchen where you have everything you need.
The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment and has a beautiful desk towards the window. Nice and comfy Bed with 50 '' TV on the wall. Built in robes and everything you need.
Guest access
The apartment is part of the main property. It is completely self contained with private gate, private entrance, private balcony and private everything. The only thing you need to share if you wish to use it are the washing / Drying facilities located at the rear of the house.
If you like, you have access to the communal areas of the main property. This property is also for guests to stay at so you can interact with other people in your same situation and make friends.
The property has a big off street parking space at the back. You can always park there, make sure you do not block the driveway.
Other things to note
There are big commercial washing and drying machines, coin operated ( not expensive only $2 - $ 4 aud ) located at the back of the main property and shared with all the airbnb guests.
Toilet paper is only provided upon check in as a courtesy. Same for bags, sponges, soap and dishwashing liquid. Cleaning equipment is basic.
Towels and linen are provided however service for changing linen or washing linen during the stay is not included.
- No oil, salt, pepper and any kind of food is provided.
