Firstly Fernand's customer service and communication is 10/10. We had a badly delayed flight not arriving until 1.30am! He stayed in communication with us and stayed up to get us in the apartment. Whatever we needed, he responded immediately. The apt is clean and well equipped. It has 2 generous balconies, with inland and sea views. One for drying clothes and the other with a table and chairs. We found the apt very comfortable and excellent position to the tram and large supermarket and 5 mins walk to the beach. Click Clack bed is very comfortable. Great hot shower. We were there during 30 degrees +. Huge bonus is great A/C. Do not let the noise of the busy roads put you off. Just go prepared We would use this apt again.

Regarding the street noise. We could see from the photos the very busy junction and had read previous reviews. I went prepared with standard ear plugs. You need better ones!. Top tip is to also close the metal shutters all the way at night, and I believe this had helped. Do not let this put you off staying here. Just be aware.

Brilliant location for getting around. 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the tram station which goes directly into the old town, or directly to/from the airport. Fernand met us and showed us around the studio. We had forgotten our phone chargers and he lent us two for the week. Saviour! The studio was well stocked with things like washing detergent, etc.

The studio is near a busy junction and there can be quite a bit of road noise.
