Should have rented a car
the view from the bedroom was great, the host was helpful and allowed for a seamless check in. Photos are correct the place looks that nice
Not worth it if you don’t have a car, struggled to get a taxi from the erba train station and the bus to como or lecco is 24 minutes away on foot. Bed was very uncomfortable, the only fan in the place was not moving, only points one way

Apartment cute close to Lago del Segrino, Como and Lecco. Parking spots available close to the apartment. It was really cleaned.
The bed was not so comfy and it was a bit loud while moving. The outside locks were not working so well.

Ottima posizione per passeggiate lungo il lago ma anche per raggiungere sentieri di montagna. Casa pulita e accogliente, personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Ho avuto un problema con la macchina e visto che non avevano disponibilità per farmi restare un altra notte hanno controllato in altre strutture e ho potuto fare il check out un paio d' ore dopo il normale orario per aspettare che mi venissero a prendere. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!
Nelle strade intorno casa non prendono bene i cellulari e non ci sono molti ristoranti o locali raggiungibili a piedi ma non è certo colpa loro.

In einem typisch italienischen Haus. Schöne Bettanzüge. Sehr sauber. Hübsche und moderne Küche. Gute Dusche. Kleiner Balkon. Sehr schönes gepflegtes Dorf.
Einrichtung ist Geschmacksache, weil Kunterbunt zusammengestellt. Dafür originell.

Enttäuschende Unterkunft mit Baustelle und Respektlosigkeit
Die Lage war in Ordnung, theoretisch gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Wlan
Die Unterkunft ist eine Doppelhaushälfte – die andere Hälfte wurde während unseres Aufenthalts komplett kernsaniert. Es gab lauten Baulärm von morgens bis abends, Arbeiter direkt nebenan, Baustaub und das Gefühl, nicht sicher zu sein. Außerdem: – Kirche direkt daneben mit sehr häufigem Glockenläuten (viel häufiger als man es aus Deutschland kennt) – Kindergarten in der Nähe, viel Lärm tagsüber – Keine Klimaanlage, knarzendes Bett, extrem kleine Dusche – In den Ecken lagen Bälle aus Staub, auf dem Boden waren weiße Haare Als ich den Gastgeber darauf ansprach, wurde ich abgewiesen mit der Begründung, dass sie von den Bauarbeiten nichts wissen könnten, da diese vielleicht erst am Tag meiner Anreise begonnen hätten (Zu dem Zeitpunkt waren die Bauarbeiten in vollem Gange und die andere Doppelhaushälfte fast komplett entkernt, sodass die Arbeiten keinesfalls erst an unserem Anreisetag begonnen haben konnten). Zudem wurde mir vorgeworfen, ich würde versuchen, „illegal“ eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten – was ich absolut zurückweise. Auf meine höfliche Beschwerde reagierte der Gastgeber somit unprofessionell und respektlos. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt laut, schmutzig, stressig und enttäuschend. Keine Empfehlung.
