Ok place to stay but I don’t think I would stay there again.

Location, views to the mountains, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, standing fans in both floors of the house.

A flyscreen on the windows and doors would allow guests to leave windows open during hot summer nights, and not have to worry about mosquitoes. The dining table could be a little smaller to fit the room better

The location of the accommodation was great, situated in a charming village close to Bellagio. The house itself was pleasant and comfortable, offering a relaxing stay. The host is very kind and helpful.

It’s price. It was quite cheap compared to many other properties nearby at lake como. Owner is very nice and gave all required information. There is a free parking nearby so that was good as well. We had expected a room but it’s a nice small apartment with stairs. The stairs are quite narrow but manageable. Nice bed and clean bathroom. The apartment also has a kitchen and all facilities to cook. We didn’t use it though.

We visited during Easter and the neighbors had their family visiting. We could literally hear almost everything they spoke. Although it was in Italian so we didn’t pay attention but it was quite noisy until 22h. Not sure if this applies during other days. Easter must have been a special occasion for them. The water heater has enough water for maximum 2 people. Not for long showers, then only one. Later you’ll run out of hot water and might have to wait longer. This can be troublesome during winters as the same water is used for kitchen and hand wash

Ideal for solo traveller

The owner met me nearby at the parking area and assisted with my luggage. It is a short walk to the flat. The flat was clean and neat. There is a nice bar/restaurant across the road the owner suggested and the pizza I order was delicious.

You need to leave your suitcase downstairs as the steps to the bedroom and bathroom is very narrow, but this was not too inconvenient.

Mr. Giuseppe is a great host, he welcomed us and showed us around the house and gave us some advice on nearby services. The house is small, quite and clean. Shower had hot water. A bus station is nearby and a ferry stop is near but ferries are not frequent so its better to take the bus. A small store and cafe is near and you can find a good view of the lake in a walking distance.

The town is shut down early, so by sunset you will not find anything to do so its better to come by a car so you can drive to and back from Belagio, we had to return from Belagio at 6 (last bus time) and do nothing after sunset as its dark and not pleasant to walk outside.

Cosy Como

The owner Guiseppi is a real gentleman and assisted with our luggage and shared a glass of wine and good conversation with us upon our invitation. The apartment is very clean and has all the amenities needed. Thank you Guiseppi for posting back our phone charger. It's highly appreciated. The lake is literally on the doorstep and Belaggio is 10min by car.

Bathroom and kitchen a little bit small however it's absolutely reasonable in the price range.

Good

The quiet and peaceful location. Excellent WiFi, good kitchen facilities. It is exactly as the photo’s suggest. it is a good spot to explore the area, the lake is an easy and short walk away. There is a small shop selling fresh bread and other essentials nearby. We enjoyed our stay because the lake is so beautiful.

Car parking not ideal as limited to 3 hours during the day and not that close. The balcony is off the bathroom which is odd and there is nowhere to sit and eat outside. Not enough pillows, towels old and worn. A sofa or comfy chair would have been appreciated. Air conditioning effective but asked to use a mobile unit after 8pm as neighbours complained. There is no restaurant or large supermarket within walking distance which means a car is needed. There is a local bus service to Lecco costing only 2.30 euros one way which stops at the train station but the last bus was early at around 6.30 pm.

La ubicación cerca de los pueblos importantes, y con zona de embarcadero cerca. Comodidad de entrega de llaves con llegada autónoma. Rápida comunicación con el anfitrión. Tenían información dentro de la casa en varios idiomas explicando la parte turística y los restaurantes de la zona

el baño. La mampara de la ducha/bañera no cuadraba con ella, se quedaba abierta y es super incomoda. Por la noche refrescaba y no tenia ningún tipo de calentador y las ventanas no cerraban del todo bien. La escalera para subir al piso es muy estrecha y de caracol

Le logement est très rudimentaire pour le prix facturé.. Le canapé est loin d'être confortable, de grosses remontées d'odeur d'égout dans les toilettes, la douche est peu pratique. Rapport qualité/prix très moyen finalement par rapport à d'autres logements que l'on a eu pour le même séjour autour du lac. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas du tout, et souffle de l'air chaud. La plaque de cuisson était très sale lors de notre venue, nous n'avons même pas osé nous en servir..

Gostei da localização e da simpatia do anfitrião que esteve sempre disponível para nos esclarecer de todas as questões. A limpeza também merece nota alta.

As camas não eram confortáveis, os colchões demasiado moles. A casa cheirava a mofo, talvez por se encontrar fechada. A casa de banho a precisar de remodelação.

Vicino al lago in una zona molto tranquilla. Appartamento con tutto il necessario per cucinare, letto molto comodo. Pulizia impeccabile e proprietario gentilissimo.

Manca la TV per fortuna avevo letto recensioni e con un pc collegato al Wi-Fi qualcosa abbiamo potuto vedere, purtroppo il Wi-Fi non è stabile. Appartamento su 2 piani con scala a chiocciola un po' stretta.
