Welcoming and spacious apartment with lake view immersed in greenery, in the village of Civenna.
The accommodation, located on the first floor of a house, is spread over two levels and opens onto an open-plan living area, furnished with a sofa, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. This space also boasts access to a terrace with lake views. On the upper floor is the sleeping area, which comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower.
*In the area where the accommodation is located, taxis or public transport for short local journeys are not available. It is therefore recommended to reach the destination by car.

Lake Como offers some of the most suggestive urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among the most famous is Villa Melzi, with its 18 km of roads and paths in the garden and its works of art, and Villa Serbelloni, now a study centre and conference venue of the Rockefeller Foundation which features a wonderful garden. The historic centre, with its numerous small shops located along narrow stepped alleyways, passages and porticoes, is renowned throughout the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lakeside hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the summit of Monte San Primo, reachable via a dense network of paths and routes for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by ferry to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
The centre of Bellagio and the pier are only 7 kilometres from the apartment whilst Bergamo Orio al Serio airport is 1 hour and 30 minutes away by car.

The place is very nice. The bed was comfortable with the exception that it is two small mattresses and nothing holds them in place so a gap opened up between. It would have been better if something held them in place.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans etc. but the only supplies were a box of salt and some coffee pods. Normally would expect some cooking supplies, spices, olive oil etc that were left by previous guests so that it would be possible to cook something rudimentary without having to go buy everything.
The view is as others have said not of the lake and not from inside the apartment. From the terrace outside the view of the mountains is spectacular.
