Modern and welcoming apartment with terrace and splendid view, in Civenna.
The apartment, located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, is characterised by a covered terrace furnished with a small table, from which you can enjoy a suggestive view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The entrance opens onto the living area, an open space comprising a sofa, television, dining table, access to the terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Continuing on, you find the sleeping area, composed of a bedroom with a double bed and spacious wardrobe, and a bedroom with a single bed. A bathroom with shower and a utility room complete the layout.
*In the area where the accommodation is located, taxis or public transport for short local journeys are not available. It is therefore recommended to reach the destination by car.

The site is just beautiful and as described in the ad. The view from our apartment was so breathtaking that we didn't want to eat anywhere else. The owners were very responsive and easy to reach. Just book it, you'l be please with your stay.

Everything about this place’s location was amazing. It was easy to access the nearby communities by car and ferries, (Bellagio, Menaggio, Como…). The shower pressure and time to heat the water were minor annoyances. We look forward to returning someday!

The apartment is cute. We enjoyed the wonderful view of the lake. But we found spiders, webs and other insects. Cleanliness is a must. we could not prepare fruit juices as there was no blender. The place is a bit isolated and you need a car. We suggest the advertising needs to be more clear and indicate that Civenna is over one hour from Como. It is not near
