Appartamento in ottima posizione di fianco a una zona del centro storico a pochi passi da via dei tribunali, san Gregorio armeno ecc e tantissimi locali e ristoranti, metro sotto casa. Appartamento silenzioso e fresco mentre fuori faceva caldissimo, letti comodi e tutto il necessario per stare bene per l'intera settimana che abbiamo fatto (frigo e lavatrice sono stati una manna dal cielo data la stagione) Lo staff è il plus della struttura, sempre attenti disponibili e gentilissimi.

È vero, andrebbe almeno imbiancato perche i muri hanno molti segni, le finestre le abbiamo aperte pochissimo per via dell'affaccio brutto ma tenendo un po aperta la porta ogni tanto e qualche trucchetto non abbiamo mai sentito puzza di chiuso o altro. Servirebbe anche un armadio piu capiente o qualche appendino in piu ma per soggiorni brevi va bene. Ci tornerei

The first thing to highlight is the location, which is truly excellent for anyone looking to explore the city. Most of the main attractions are within an 8-minute walk, and the port for ferries to Capri or Sorrento is about 25 minutes away. Being so close to everything really enhances the overall experience. The apartment is located in an old palazzo full of character and history. While it hasn’t been recently renovated, this actually adds to its charm and authenticity, offering a unique and atmospheric stay. It is situated on the first floor, which makes access very easy without needing a lift. The old town is just a few minutes away—extremely convenient. The apartment is quiet, which is a big plus for resting after a day of exploring. Due to the windows facing the inner courtyard, it is slightly on the darker side, but this also contributes to the peaceful ambiance. The beds (two singles and one double) are comfortable, and we had very good nights of sleep. Depending on the season, you might want to be prepared for the occasional mosquito, but it didn’t significantly affect our stay. The heating system is based on AC, which works adequately and keeps the temperature comfortable. The kitchen and dining area are very well equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. There is also a supermarket just 5 minutes away, where you can find almost everything you might need, which made our stay even more convenient. The bathroom is spacious and well stocked with essentials such as soap, shower gel, and towels. While there is no separate heating in this area, it’s not something that impacts the overall comfort significantly, as it’s a space you don’t spend much time in. Last but not least, the communication with the host was excellent. Francesca was very responsive, kind, and helpful with all our requests. The cleaning lady was also extremely kind and accommodating—she allowed us to leave our luggage earlier while finishing the cleaning, which we really appreciated.

Overall, there were only a few minor aspects that could be improved. The apartment is slightly darker due to the courtyard-facing windows, and depending on the season, there may be a few mosquitoes. Additionally, the bathroom does not have its own heating, which might be noticeable during colder days. However, these are small details and did not significantly impact our overall comfort or enjoyment of the stay.
