la posizione è ottima dato che si trova appena fuori dall'uscita della metropolitana. Piazza dante è abbastanza tranquilla e permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro muovendosi a piedi o in metro. il quartiere è comunque movimentato e a volte rumoroso, ma come tutta Napoli.
Migliorabile l'insonorizzazione dei serramenti.
