Proprietario, signor Giuseppe, gentile, disponibile e simpatico! L'appartamento, situato al terzo piano con ascensore è veramente carino, pulito, arredato con gusto e semplicità, dotato di ogni confort per il soggiorno. Il bagno carinissimo!! Due camere matrimoniali, una molto spaziosa entrambe affacciate su un terrazzino e un comodo divano letto nel soggiorno, perfetto per una famiglia di 5/6 persone. Abbiamo portato anche i nostri cani, ben accettati. Garage a due passi, a pagamento, ma non eccessivamente caro. Centralissimo, a due passi da via Toledo. Consigliato!

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto, le porte finestre delle camere da letto non hanno i doppi infissi e si sentono i rumori del vicolo, soprattutto il passaggio dei motorini nelle ore notturne.

the size of the living room, kitchen, and main bedroom were great. Both front balconies were accessible.

In the living room, we kept the shutters down for privacy, as it faced the internal building, where you could see other peoples windows. Perhaps some opaque cover on the glass might be an idea, to let more light inside. We were not home much, but it was dark when we were in the house and used the lights. I would have loved to roll up the blinds and let the light in. The bedside lights could be a little brighter, but they were otherwise OK. The spare bedroom could do with a bedside light.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, nettes Apartment mit großem Wohnzimmer und integrierter Küche, Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit, Garagenplatz organisiert... Achtung sehr kleine Gässchen um zur Garage zu kommen.

Apartment etwas hellhörig aber zu erwarten wenn man im Zentrum wohnt !
