Large, elegant and quiet flat located in the heart of the historic centre of Naples, close to Piazza Dante and Via Toledo and just a few metres from Spaccanapoli, the street that cuts the city in two and leads to San Gregorio Armeno, the famous street of cribs. Casa Latilla is located on the second floor of an elegant building, dating back to the early 18th century and equipped with a courtyard, doorman and elevator. The structure is built on two floors. On the lower floor there is a living room finely furnished and finished in every detail, a spacious kitchen fully equipped, a bathroom with shower, bidet and sink and a bedroom for two people with a loft for an additional bed. On the upper floor there is a second bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room. In the house you can enjoy a Wifi Fastweb connection (fibre optics), two air conditioners, radiators, two TVs and much more. One of the main reasons for choosing Casa Latilla is certainly the centrality of the flat, located in a "strategic" position, since the historic centre can be visited entirely on foot, while if you want to move to visit other areas, you can take public transport which are very close to the house. Within a radius of 100 metres there are the underground lines 1 and 2, the Cumana, the Funicular and the bus stop, which allows you to leave without a car. If we combine this with a large, clean, well-kept and comfortable flat, we can evaluate it as an ideal flat to make your stay in Naples unforgettable!

Clean and safe apartment. Wonderful location - within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The host arranged for a cab to go go the airport. Although the host explained the heating system, we did have some problem adjusting the heat.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay! The VRBO was spacious and we had plenty of space. The floor plan is unique, but that is not unusual for city centers in Italy. We took the train from Rome to Napoli Centrale, then used the Metro to get to the apartment. The walk from the metro to the VRBO was about a block. You can also walk from Napoli Centrale, but it would be difficult with luggage. Right on the corner is a wonderful grocery store! We were able to buy groceries and baby items. The grocery had everything we needed to cook dinner every night. The beds were comfortable, and the washing machine is a plus. It was a bit chilly while we were there (50-60 degrees F), and the heating elements seemed to have a difficult time keeping up. It was nice having 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and recommend this space. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a baby crib and high chair available for those traveling with young children.

Excellent location within walking distance to several attractions and only a 3-5 minute walk to the Metro. Grocery store right around the corner. Comfortable and spacious apt with very attentive host. Gave a 4 because the apartment could use some minor cosmetic updates. Despite that I would stay here another month!

Great central location in the heart of the old district of Naples. Its only 2 Metro stops from the ferry as we arrived from a Ischia. Its hidden & secure off the street behind a big wooden door. Theres an elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor apartment. Then you have two levels of your very own apartment. Only two of us so we each had a floor to ourselves! Theres a fully stocked kitchen & washing machine. The ceilings are very high with the windows reaching the entire height. Beautiful! Theres a grocery store & pastry shop nearby for cappuccinos. Martina met us & provided us with great restaurant recommendations! We tried three.....the BEST pizza! She also gave us directions to sights we wanted to visit. Fabulous orientation! Max arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the door for the drive to the airport on our departure.
