In the heart of Naples, The Casita Toledo is a charming apartment located in a very quiet nineteenth-century building (De Rosa Palace, later also called De Gemmis Palace), in Toledo street, one of the most famous streets in Naples, full of numerous shops of all kinds, refreshment points and bars; a few steps from the famous Dante Alighieri square and all means of transport (bus, metro, funiculars, Cumana) museums, monuments, theaters and cinemas.
A few minutes from the old town, rich in a particularly high number of cultural and artistic resources: the famous streets of the nativity scene, San Gregorio Armeno, Decumani, Basilica of Santa Chiara, Naples Underground, catacombs, open-air and underground archaeological excavations.
About 15 minutes from the boat to the islands of Ischia, Capri, Procida and also Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano.
The apartment is located on the second floor and has a doorman and a lift.
The total surface area is 60 square meters. arranged on one level: entrance, living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and double sofa bed, balcony overlooking a typical internal courtyard, bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet.
Equipped with a large and comfortable bedroom with double bed (divisible if necessary), double sofa bed, 40-inch LED TV and balcony overlooking the courtyard that gives it extreme tranquility.
I am happy to host you in my newly renovated apartment. The furnishings in a welcoming and functional style, are equipped with all the comforts to make you spend a comfortable and pleasant stay in our beautiful city of Naples.
The price includes air conditioning, weekly change of sheets, towels, shower towel and everything needed to prepare hot drinks at will (tea, coffee, cappuccino, etc).
There is also a very fast and free Wi-Fi service (Super fiber FTTH tecnology).
Access to The Casita Toledo is permitted exclusively to people who are part of the stay, registered with an identification document.

We had a great time in Naples while staying at La Casita, we slept well in the apartment which was super organised and clean. Marco was always on hand with advice whenever we needed him. He was there to meet us and was there to help us get a taxi when we left, he was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment is nice and peaceful, the building itself feels very safe and secure. Beds were comfortable and we were able to accommodate 2 adult and 2 children. The apartment is located close to all the interesting things to see.

Comfortable place with large bedroom. Nice decorative touches throughout. The queen sized mattress was firm but comfortable. Separate sitting area from the bedroom. Tiny shower. They're are a few stairs as mentioned, but also an elevator is available. Parking was only 250 meters away and worked well for us. Marco was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

The property is in a great location along a lively street in the heart of Naples. While the area was always busy, the apartment itself was completely quiet! The accommodations were also comfortable and clean. The host should also be mentioned, as he was communicative, always available, and had great recommendations. If I end up in Naples in the future, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Fabulous lokation in the heart of Naples. It felt safe and secure to stay in the apartment. The apartment is well-appointed and very clean.
The kitchen facilities were not good. There was 1 glas, 1 cup, 1 kitchen knife, 2 forks, knifes and spoons, an old frying pan and so on. For very little money you can easily improve these facilities.
Marco and Andreina were nice and helpful.
