everything was perfect, the bed was very comfortable , very clean and quiet and the location is good not far to the shops. That was my first time there and is not the last time so far this apartment is my favourite.

Groß, sauber, preis war ok, Ambiente Beleuchtung im Schlaf und Wohnzimmer große Fernseher.

Dusche Kaputt(Wasser läuft überall raus, Nachbarn ziemlich laut, Parkplatz mit Müll vollgestellt, Wind pfeift durch die Luftsbzugshaube. Gardinen klemmen, Fernbedienung fehlt der Deckel

Luksusowo i czyściutko:)

Piękny apartament z parkingiem i bardzo proste zameldowanie. Bliziutko szpital a właśnie szukałam takiego miejsca żeby w 5 minut spacerkiem dostać się do szpitala z córką na badania a w pobliżu jest Żabka na szybkie zakupy. Serdecznie pozdrawiam gospodarzy, którzy są przemili i pomocni. Polecam i napewno tam wrócę :)

المطبخ مؤثث ومتكامل

السرير والوسائد غير مريحة المضيف غير متعاون حيث بلغناه من وصولنا عن تعطل الانترنت وباب غرفة النوم مكسور ولم يرد علينا وخدمة العملاء تواصلوا معه فأتهمنا ظلمًا بتعطيل الانترنت وكسر الباب ولكن خدمة العملاء في بوكنق وقفوا معنا وعوضونا بمبلغ ليلة

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr modern. Großer Balkon.

Die Übergabe des Türcod und die Nummer für dern Zimmerschlüssel ( Schlüsselcafe ) und Zimmernummer haben wir Morgens bei der Anreise immer noch nicht bekommen. Das wurde erst ab 9 Uhr auf Booking Com geschrieben da waren wir schon längst unterwegs , da wir 750 Km zu fahren hatten sind wir schon um 6 Uhr gefahren. Ich habe unterwegs immer noch gedacht die schicken mir die Daten auf mein Handy ..aber nichts. Dann entlich angekommen eine riesen Baustelle ,die Adresse der Straße komplett aufgerissen sind über eine Stunde hin und her gefahren. Nur mit Hilfe einen jungen Mannes aus Polen ( der auch die Gastgeber des Hotels von sein Handy angerufen hat ,um Informationen für die Übergabe Cod , Zimmernimmer, Tiefgaragenstellplatz zu erhalten.) In der Beschreibung stand die können auch Deutsch, aber leider nur polnisch. Der Check In war sehr Stressig.

Vilken vistelse

Vi fick ej nycklar eller kontakt med värdpar. Efter flergånger samtal med inget svar och vi tog även hjälp från en polsk granne i fastigheten utan något svar. Plus varit på fastigheten flera gånger utan resultat. Och vad kvällen blev senare o senare så till slut gav vi upp och sökte ett annat hotell. Detta är rent ut sagt superdåligt. Därför kräver jag återbetalning på det jag betalt in.

Wundervolle Unterkunft mit außergewöhnlichem Service Ich war mit meiner Familie auf der Durchreise und habe in diesem Appartement übernachtet – und wir waren begeistert! Die Wohnung war groß, sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche versehen – alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt, war vorhanden. Besonders schön: der ruhige Balkon und die hundefreundliche Umgebung mit Spaziermöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch eine hervorragende Pizzeria liegt ganz in der Nähe. Was diese Unterkunft aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam, ehrlich und menschlich. Nach unserer Abreise habe ich bemerkt, dass ich meinen Ehering, eine Armbanduhr und meinen Haustürschlüssel im Appartement vergessen hatte. Ich konnte die Eigentümer problemlos erreichen – sie haben sofort reagiert und sich darum gekümmert, dass ich meine Wertsachen zurückerhalte. Das ist für mich nicht nur außergewöhnlich serviceorientiert, sondern vor allem ehrlich und respektvoll. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung – wir kommen gerne wieder!
