Unreliable. No idea if the apartment is good or not.

Booking was cancelled at 23:00 the night before arrival claiming credit card failed. Booking.com assured me I have 16 hours to update, but it was cancelled within 1 hour. The same card was used 30 minutes before and next morning for a new hotel without any problems. My message offering alternative payment was not answered, but the apartment was rented out already 6 hours after cancellation. I had a special deal, ended up paying more for last minute alternative.

Unacceptable Apartment Conditions and Host’s Dismissive Attitude My stay in this apartment was deeply disappointing due to numerous issues and the host’s unprofessional behavior. Upon arrival, I discovered serious problems: no coffee machine or microwave (despite expectations), a broken bathroom/toilet door handle, two broken balcony chairs with cigarette butts scattered around, an unsafe electrical socket with exposed wires, a broken toilet seat, and a non-functional shower that wouldn’t switch modes. These issues made the apartment uncomfortable and, in some cases, unsafe. I reported these concerns to the host in good faith, hoping for prompt resolution, but their response was shockingly dismissive. They repeatedly suggested I vacate the apartment if I was unhappy, claiming they had other guests ready to take my place, without addressing the reported issues or offering any solutions. As a paying guest who booked through Booking.com and utilized their early check-in service, I found this attitude unacceptable and far below the hospitality standards expected in a European destination like Poland. The host’s lack of concern for my comfort and safety, coupled with their rude insistence that I leave, left a negative impression of the entire experience. I’ve escalated this matter to Booking.com for further action and strongly advise future guests to be cautious when considering this property. The combination of poor apartment conditions and the host’s unprofessional demeanor made this stay highly regrettable.

Quite pleasant but the cold night worsen it a little.

In general it is great place with quite a good placement in the center of the city.

It was so cold in the bedroom and there was no working heater. For bed with 2 people we had like 150/100 or even smaller duvet and no extra blanket.

Zaczynają od tego że wybijało korki do tego że miałam dostać inne apartamenty. A za tą cenę którą zapłaciłam dostała tańsze. Nie miły właściciel nie chciał wyjaśnić sytuacji i zamienić apartament. Nawet nie zaproponował zwrócić kasę !

Wygodne mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji

Świetna lokalizacja, czysciutko, wszystko co potrzebne jest dostępne. Wygodna, przestronna łazienka. Sypialnia stanowi oddzielne pomieszczenie co jest bardzo wygodne. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, wyraźne i czytelne instrukcje.

Jedna rzecz, dość subiektywna - olbrzymie poduszki. Osobiście śpię na małym jaśku i ta poduszka była dla mnie niewygodna.

Eine ruhige Wohnung für Leute die kein Internet brauchen und nicht kochen.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, einfacher Check-in, geräumig. Uns hat die ruhige Lage im Hinterhof und die nette Terrasse im Innenhof gut gefallen. Prinzipiell gut ausgestattete Wohnung, allerdings werden kaputte Dinge wohl nicht ersetzt. Insgesamt fanden wir den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr angenehm.

Wir wollten eigentlich arbeiten und haben die Wohnung gebucht, da sie mit sehr gutem Internet wirbt. Leider war das Internet ganz im Gegenteil extrem schwach, normale Webseiten laden ewig. Wir haben den Vermieter kontaktiert, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Mehrere Dinge in der Wohnung sind kaputt oder fehlen: -keine Kleiderstange im Schrank -nur eine Bettdecke für eine Einzelperson -Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert (in einer Fernbedienung nur eine Batterie, in einer ausgelaufene Batterien…) -Beschichtung der Pfanne komplett abgelöst -ein winziger Kochtopf, ein schwarz angebrannter Topf -Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert

Niestety nic nie mogę wskazać, ponieważ apartament nie spełnił moich oczekiwań.

Ogólny stan mieszkania był bardzo brudny, łazienka nie odpowiadała standardowi ze zdjęć, a drzwi były uszkodzone. Obsługa apartamentu była skrajnie nieprofesjonalna i komunikowała się w sposób nieakceptowalny wobec klienta.

Ich musste das Apartment sehr kurzfristig buchen und dafür war es gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles ist nagelneu.

Die Umgebung und das Haus sind sehr unpersönlich. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, aber ausgerechnet am Bett hat man gespart (Schlafsofa). Keine Unterstellmöglichkeit fürs Fahrrad.

Die Wohnung und die Laage sind recht gut. Die Betten bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet.

Der Fernseher hängt zu hoch. Mann bekommt einen steifen Hals. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind für Kinder geeignet - nicht für Erwachsene Personen.
