We paid so that you don't have to

The double-sized bed in the apartment on the 4th floor had a small mattress that is completely worn off on one side - impossible to sleep on. The cover is sized to fit one person only. I was already in contact with the hosts immediately upon arrival because the internet was not working (it was never fixed, actually) but later also messaged them about the horrible bed situation. We were after 2 days driving and I have a bad neck, so it was not acceptable to sleep this way. The hosts were not replying to my messages for hours. They completely ignored or snoozed my calls to two separate numbers. After an official complaint was filed with the Booking support, the hosts finally messaged at 10 p.m. that they are not using phone communication channel because it's Sunday and they have families (what??). Alright, but aren't you also providing a service that I'm (over)paying for? They also said there is nothing wrong with the mattress and that they can check the bed slates tomorrow (what again??). I asked if they had another room available and they said no (they offered it on the next day, but honesly there was no reason to hope it would be any better). All in all, I was afraid to cancel this trip, because I had a feeling these people won't refund anything, but I take my peace in knowing that noone else would have to spend their money in this place! In addition, the dishes in the kitchen cabinet were dirty, the sponge was tiny, full of holes and dirty, there was someone else's shirt in the bed... It seemed like the hosts were saving on everything, but it should not be done at the expense of hygiene. On the last day, we were given 4-hour time frame for technicians to enter and check WIFI, which was pointless at that point, not to mention extremely inconvenient, invasive, and tone-deaf.

Unfortunately, the strong smell of cigarettes and the poor sleeping arrangements made our stay quite uncomfortable.

Everything was new and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, perfect for preparing breakfast.

When we arrived, the place smelled strongly of cigarettes, and it was impossible to air it out. The mattress was terrible — very thin and hard, and I woke up every time I turned over. In the middle of the night, I ended up sleeping on the sofa instead. Also, there was only one small blanket for two people. Overall, sleeping there was very uncomfortable!

Very centrally located flat. There is a food store in the same building. The communication with the flat representative was on a good level. The flat has everything you need for a few days of stay.

Initially, we got an apartment on the 4th floor, and not the one from the pictures I was expecting. The flat was good, but the bedroom had a bed with very very used/soft mattress, which was a nightmare to sleep on. The window in the bedroom was the only one without window blinds and it was very bright even in the evening. The pillows were extremely big and very, very high. On the second day , I complained about poor conditions of the bedroom and was given the room on the first floor I actually had on my booking. That room was better, but the bed was making noise every time you move when you sleep, the info about inet pass was old one and nobody bothered to print information that the provider has change and there is new connection and pass.

Apartament jest przyjemnie i nowoczesnie urzädzony bardzo czysty i samowystarczalny jest wszystko czego potrzeba do mieszkania. Brakowalo mi tylko lampki nocnej obok telewizora.

Zaskoczyl mnie brak drugiej poscieli poniewaz przyjechalam z doroslym synem. Wybralam celowo mieszkanie z kanapä aby miec przestrzen no i spanie bylo pod kocem. Poduszki sä stanowczo za twarde ale przezylismy. Na jednä noc tak na dluzej nie. W maszynie do kawy pojemnik na wode byl nieszczelny a wiec po kawie.

Ganz schlecht!

Es gab nichts von Spa!!!! Vor Ort wurde mir eine Liste mit Adressen von verschiedenen Möglichkeiten die ich besuchen kann in Stettin und nichts vor Ort. Der Internet TV war erst am 2 Tag nutzbar und nur mit polnischen Sendern (für meinem deutschen Mann nicht zu gebrauchen) Ich habe diese Wahl getroffen nur wegen der Spa und Massage Möglichkeit gewählt!!!! Sonst wäre ich garnicht gefahren fast 400 Km. Die Reisekosten und Kosten für Aufenthalt waren für uns völlig unnötig, da es dem Hauptziel der Reise nicht erfüllt hat. Das Apartment entsprach nicht dem, was auf dem Angebot gezeigt wurde. Was kann ich tun um meine unnötige Unkosten zu ersetzen?

Na pierwszy rzut oka wszystko wygląda dobrze. Cisza i dobra lokalizacja. Lokal dobrze wyposażony.

Lodówka czysta… ale śmierdząca. Brudne zasłony i rolety. Dziurawy, zmęczony życiem koc. Brak żarówki w nocnej lampce. Baaardzo zużyta szczotka do WC. Za grube poduszki - spaliśmy prawie na siedząco.

Apartament robi na wejściu bardzo dobre wrażenie jak i kontakt z obsługą. Na miejscu czeka kawa, herbata, żel do mycia i czyste , bialutkie ręczniki, wentylator.

Połamane krzesła na balkonie również przy stole w kuchni, odpadająca klamka w łazience, ruszająca sie deska klozetowa. Koszmarny, cienki materac w sypialni położony na płycie plisniwej i kocu, dramat. Przeciekajacy czajnik , który odkamieniacza nie widział nigdy. Brak jednego pojemnika w zamrażarce. Po wysłaniu wiadomości do obsługi zero odp.

Dopytaj jaki apartament Ci się wylosował - bo mają różne, też inne niż na zdjęciach.

Miejsce bardzo fajnie położone, blisko sklep, niedaleko komunikacja. Generalnie fajnym spacerem do dworca pkp oraz centrum.

Pisze długo - bo warto dopytywać tych wynajmujących! Wynajęliśmy 3 apartamenty, każdy kosztował tyle samo, i nazywały się tak samo, ale w środku bardzo się różniły, warto dopytywać który sie trafi. Jeden był na parterze, bardzo ciemny, ale z dostępną klimatyzacja i bardzo ładnym wystrojem w środku. Drugi był na 1 piętrze - bardzo ładny, bez klimatyzacji, z zamkami w oknach. Trzeci na 3 piętrze - sposób wykonania najmniej okazała - meble i sposób aranżacji, wielkość tv w mojej ocenie znacznie odbiegał od zdjęć poglądowych które były przy rezerwacji, oraz od pozostałych mieszkań, ale formalnie nic nie można zarzucić. Gospodarze, reagowali na zgłoszenia - ale na tym się kończyło, choć obiecywali otworzyć okna (w apartamencie 2) oraz dostarczyć ekspres do kawy, który był w ofercie na bookingu (w apartamencie 3), to tego nie zrobili przez nasz 3 dniowy pobyt. Jednocześnie zignorowali - nic się nie odnieśli do faktu, że w apartamencie 3 poinformowałem na wejściu o ruszającej sie desce w wc oraz o wypadającej klamce od drzwi w łazience.

1. Apartament inny niż na zdjęciu. Nie powinno tak być. 2. Nie działający prysznic. 3. Poduszki tak wysokie że nie dało sie spać. Materac za cienki i było czuć deski wbijające sie w ciało. Musiałam spać na kanapie bo była wygodniejsza. 4. Ze zmywarki okropny zapach, musiałam puścić ją kilka razy aby uniknąć nieprzyjemnego zapachu. 5. Brak klimy - dostarczono nam wiatrak - okazał się zepsuty lub źle skręcony więc nie mogliśmy go użyć. 6. Tylko dwie kapsułki kawy na kilku dniowy pobyt. Dostarczono nam nowe - nie do tego ekspresu. 7. W „wyposażeniu” jest na booking napisane, że nest Netflix - nie ma go.

Całkowity brak zasięgu, nie można było ani dzwonić, ani korzystać z wi-fi. Telefon czasem działał w ogrodzie. Po zgłoszeniu problemu usłyszałam tylko "niemożliwe", a nawet pan, który przyszedł naprawiać kuchenkę, mówił, że są problemy z zasięgiem. Do tego jedna wąska kołdra.

Lokalizacja, system ogrzewania /klimatyzacji, Pani Ania była bardzo miła i szybko sprzątnęła po poprzedniej osobie, serdecznie ją polecam :) pościel, ręczniki - czyste, ładnie pachniały, świetnie ulokowane miejsce na śmieci, bardzo pojemne. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Jest expres do kawy na kapsułki, piekarnik i plyta indukcyjna. I czajnik. Zlew bardzo pojemny. Łazienka przyjemna, cieplej wody nie zabrakło pomimo długich kąpieli :) Kontakt w razie pytań też bardzo szybki i dobry. Serdeczne polecam obiekt :D

Ich habe die Unterkunft aufgrund des angegebenen Spa Bereichs (Filter) gebucht. Es gibt jedoch kein Spa/ Sauna oder Ähnliches. Auch als ich dies bei booking gemeldet habe, wurde keine kostenlose Stornierung oder Rabatt angeboten. Die Matratze hat eine Höhe von nur 10cm und eine Breite von 140cm. Für uns war es zu eng und unbequem. Eine Steckdose im Bad fällt aus der Wand und der Schalter zwischen Dusche und Brause ist kaputt.

Pokój naprawdę czysty i zadbany, do tego nie można mieć pretensji, wyposażenie w porządku.

Zdecydowanie przydałaby się naprawa łóżka, ja rozumiem że nikt nie chce wydawać pieniędzy ale przy pobycie 190 zł za noc chyba możnaby naprawić łóżko a nie sklejać deseczki z ikei za pomocą taśmy i myśleć że nikt nie zauważy. Dodatkowo przydalaby się też wymiana prysznica, gdyż wężyk przecieka i widać już gdzieniegdzie rdze

Das Apartment war äußerlich schön und preiswert, aber war unter den Umständen nicht angenehm zu bewohnen.

Preis und Lage war gut, sowie die Kommunikation.

Grundlegend ist es mangelhaft Fotos in einem Inserat zu haben und dann etwas komplett anderes zu vermieten als angezeigt. Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass die Wohnung vermietet worden ist, obwohl sie nicht vollständig funktionsfähig war und Missstände vorher nicht kommuniziert worden sind. Das Bett war kaputt(Dünne Latten zerbrochen statt Lattenrost, zu dünne Matratze), Schäden in der Dusche sowieso Badezimmer, fehlenden Gardine im Schlafzimmer die sowieso nicht dunkel ist, Gardine im Wohnzimmer nicht komplett eingehängt, Dreck an den Wänden, dreckige Lüftung, fehlende Lampenverkleidung, offen stehende Steckdose und nicht entfernte Spuren von Gästen die geraucht haben.
