Apartment Cozy House 1

The location is about 100 meters from the central Kolkha Fountain which is amazing! Close to cafes, shops, bakeries, restaurants, the Green Bazaar, major tourist sites and public transportation. The owner is warm, friendly and respectful. He has a car and is happy to offer reliable tour services to anywhere in the region. The owners offer Georgian specialties for breakfast. The apartment is clean and smartly designed. It appears to be recently renovated to a high standard. The unit has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a proper shower (!!!), full kitchen, washing machine, table with 6 chairs, couch, TV, and even a lovely balcony. It's on a minor road, but the traffic is infrequent and not a bother. Water pressure and WiFi are excellent.

Not a big deal, but good to note that there is an air conditioner unit in the living room that reaches both bedrooms as long as their doors are left open. No screens on the windows.

A perfect location just next to the best parts of the city centre. An awesome host who did everything to make our stay easy and pleasant. Many thanks for the airport transfer, the homecooked khachapuri and everything.

Тепло, чисто, уютно, располагается в самом центре. Хозяин апартаментов очень хороший и гостеприимный человек. Отвез нас в кафе по нашей просьбе, мы пообедали вкуснейшими хинкали, предложил трансфер в аэропорт дешевле, чем на такси, несмотря на ночную поездку.
