The owner and the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is very central (less than 5 min walk from the main square) yet quiet. All attractions are within walking distance. Good homemade breakfast.

If I could give 100 stars I would! This was a perfect stay in Kutaisi. The house owner is sooo nice and so polite, warm soul and VERY friendly ❤️
She organised transfer from airport to here for us and when we came she gave us some homemade wine, čača and chesse and it was perfect! We talked a lot and we really felt like home here. We recommend this place from the bottom of our heart! Love from Bosnian girls 🇧🇦❤️🇬🇪

Super friendly host! Great location, really just a few minutes walk to basically anything. Comfortable room (bed was cosy, bathroom clean, plenty of space).
Also the airport pick-up was really easy.
Not directly an issue of the property, but the upstairs neighbor decided to clean up his house all night long. This kept us awake and was quite annoying.

Nice personal
The room was full of mold! You could barely sleep through the smell.
And if it wasn’t enough in the room, the bathroom had a fake ceiling and you couldn’t actually see the mold, but you could smell it.
If you travel with children, do yourself a favor and don’t stay here as they might get sick.
