Great stay at Hotel Royal in Kutaisi! The bohemian-style design made the stay quite an interesting and memorable experience. The room was comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and there’s also a nice balcony where you can relax with a glass of wine. Friendly staff and a very pleasant stay overall.

A very large room with a separate seating area with tea and coffee and a fridge. The air conditioning was in this area which was nice when we were recovering from the heat in Kutaisi. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space and spare pillows. The bathroom was a good size with a bath and shower.
It was surprisingly noisy later in the evening, around 11pm. Screaming kids and adults shouting.

The decor was truly sumptuous, the hotel is well located, quiet and mainly comfortable. It was a fun place to stay, with all the rooms being different and quirky.
The bathroom in the king suite stank strongly of mouldy damp and the window would not stay open, exacerbating the problem. Even the towels smelled strongly of damp. This needs attention. Also the bathroom was absolutely enormous but most of the space was empty, with no surfaces to put anything down on! Not even a narrow mirror shelf. This is unacceptable - please install a cabinet or at the very least a shelf.
