The Grand Piano Hotel

I must say that Kutaisi absolutely charmed me. Its history, antiquity, and uniqueness truly captivate anyone. Naturally, filled with high expectations, I was very careful when choosing a hotel and finally settled on The Grand Piano Hotel. The interior is stunning—with exquisitely crafted plaster carvings on the walls and ceiling, and genuine hardwood floors that gleam with cleanliness. Even the air itself had a distinct, pleasant fragrance. As for the staff, they stand out for their great enthusiasm and genuine hospitality, always ready to lend a helping hand (they even helped us park our car right in front of the hotel, which was very thoughtful and pleasant). The room was exceptionally clean and well-kept, and the breakfast was both hearty and delightful. I truly felt right at home.

Unfortunately, we stayed for only one day, but we will definitely return for a longer stay.

Room1 bit noisy from the roadside in the evening but with character a balcony, firm extra large double mattress & power shower with plenty hot water.

I don’t tend to do breakfast just a good coffee.. if you like me bear in mind the offering is instant

Good breakfast, amazing view, great hospitality.

everything was great

A beautiful house very well located in Kutaisi. The wooden parquet is particularly beautiful.

The matras was outdated. The balcony door did not shut properly which made the location noisy.
