It was renovated with a lanai and ocean view, and well stocked with everything we needed. The TV had a lot of channels to offer though we didn’t have much time to make use of it! The apartment was well located, a short drive away from Wailea (our favorite area). We had friendly neighbors and liked that quiet time was in place 10pm-8am. The hosts were quick to respond to questions.
The air con is very strong, and the pipes make loud noises every so often, including during the night.
The shower drain and bathroom sink grouting could use some grime control but otherwise the apartment is well maintained.
