Home away from home

It was exceptionally clean, neat and comfy. Beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated. Top notch appliances. The bedding was also lovely (although would recommend 1 or 2 flatter pillows). There was even a Nespresso machine with pods. Lovely touch! Felt homey and we could totally just chill and enjoy our time making food and watching Netflix. On our way out we ran into Alice the cleaner and she was so so sweet. As she came in she saw our bags that we were about to take down to the car and she swiftly picked it up and carried them down to the car. We told her she really didnt need to as they were quite heavy. And her response was "I am here to help you with anything." That certainly ended the weekend on a high note. We were truly sad to leave.

There may be a drain/plumbing issue that needs attention. There was a wierd unpleasant smell in the bathroom. You also sometimes got a stagnant water smell in from the kitchen and from outside somewhere. Maybe water that is not draining properly somewhere. We popped some drain cleaner in the shower drain but it made no difference. Then a minor thing hardly worth mentioning, there were 2 toilet rolls and it was just short for us 3 adults. So 3 or 4 would do nicely.

Très bien mais attention aux horaires de check-in

Emplacement, confort et équipements

Nous avions choisi cet appartement en particulier car le check-in était prévu à 10h et que nous atterrissions à l’aéroport à 7h, cependant le matin même nous avons reçu un message nous informant que nous ne pourrions entrer dans l’appartement que vers 14-15h. L’appartement fut finalement prêt à 15h30. Nous avons tout de même pu déposer nos valises vers 11h mais si nous avions su nous aurions loué autre chose pour le premier jour car ça a totalement décalé notre programme de vacances.
