Perfect place to stay when visiting Hout Bay!! Perfect position, beautiful views, fantastic staff!!!

A large beach house but not much more.

This large house offers plenty of space for bigger groups with 8 beds and ample sitting options. A large dinning table even allows you to host friends. The views of the beach and mountains are outstanding. This complex has easy access to the beach. The large TV was a hit for watching sports. Located in a Secure complex

Unfortunately this house missed the mark on so many levels. A beach house with no beach towels or any additional amenities (no salt& pepper, only 1 roll of toilet paper, no washing detergent or garbage bags, and no welcome basket). A dishwasher that was moldy and barely worked, walls with water damage and a lovely balcony that can’t be used because of a broken umbrella, and perhaps the biggest disappointment No Braai (BBQ). Light fittings filled with bugs give a great vibe

The place was big and spacious, with everything in that we needed... an amazing beach view, Cathleen was very kind and welcoming.

Great house but not if there are problems.

The house itself is great. Very comfortable and big! and right next to the entrance of the beach, which was great.

Unfortionately we had two stressfull days, because there was an electricity-problem which caused a group to fall out for almost a whole day (fridge, garagedoor). We had to throw all our just bought our food away, take a taxi to an appointment and cancel our plans for the rest of the day because we couldn’t get to our car. Cathleen, the contactperson, did her very best to fix things quickly and she was always there to help. The host though, Ilze, was not willing to compensate us for the losses/costs we had. Didn’t feel right at all.

Absolutely stunning spot! So spacious, so much natural lighting, furniture and style of the place is stylish, yet comfortable and cozy - and it’s so massive! I absolutely love it! Beautiful views and more than enough balconies to chill on. I would definitely go back! The pictures honestly don’t do it justice.

A dream of living in a beachfront villa ticked of the list. More than ever expected.

it was absolutely beautiful and even had a lookout on the rooftop. Everything was top quality. Decor was just a dream beach house. deservers a much higher grading. Such an honour to be allowed to spend time there. Would love to return.

Fabulous!

Absolutely loved the property and location. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. The lady who looks after the property is very accommodating and went out of her way to be helpful. I would love to have been there for longer.

We could have done with some comfortable outside furniture. Didn't have water for a day. A municipal issue not the properties fault but an inconvenience.
