Peaceful location on a side street, about 1,5 km from Waterfront (2,5 euros by Bolt taxi). We had upstairs room which was quiet and had a nice view to a small garden. No traffic (or any other) noise. Comfortable bed. Room had plenty of space for two people. Kitchen is simple but good enough for making breakfast. On top of everything we got a late checkout without extra charge. This place is value for money!

The setting in the garden was lovely. Host , Mark very friendly. Good safe location with on site parking. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very close to Restaurants and Waterfront.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the stadium, shops, restaurants and the beachfront.
The room met all our requirements.
Our bakkie was unfortunately too long to fit in the garage. Mark did however give us secure parking a street away.

I stayed for 10 days in Mark’s Casa 1 and it was simply fantastic! Mark is an incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive host who really takes care of all your needs. The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped (it even had a moka for making coffee!). The cleanliness was impeccable. The little dogs that came to greet me every day were absolutely adorable. The balcony overlooking the garden—clearly cared for with love—became my favorite place to relax. Thank you so much, Mark, for this wonderful experience. I immediately felt at home and at peace!
