The location and security.
No curtains or blinds on the main window. All the steps from the underground car park to the flat. Patio door stopped opening, just small niggles. Leak under the tiny bathroom sink in main bedroom..

The apartment is spacious, neat, have all the type of appliances that you would hope it to have in.
I am not a huge fan of a shower in the bath, but space in bathroom was used well, and both was available.

Very neat and has everything you need, decor is very tasteful and child friendly.
Parking with a larger car is a little challenging but security is very helpful in this regard.
