Perfect location. Place was very clean and attention to detail was given. Above average utencils & croceries. Even free essentials (coffee, sugar, soap, etc). Very close to small Houtbay village. One can walk to shops, restaurants, etc.

Enjoyed our stay at Hout Bay.

The views were magnificent. Very clean and comfortable too. Location is quite good with shops and cafes within walking distance, but need to be careful at night. It’s a lovely secure complex with Seaview and mountain views.

Using washing machine in complex was a hassle to find the correct coins, so we just hand washed and used the dryer in the apartment which took a while.

As seasoned travelers, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the apartment.

Modern, clean, all the things you could possibly need were there! Sea view and literally on the beach. Shops and top class restaurants within walking distance.

The view was perfect. The apartment were comfortable. The owner Geoff were very welcoming and helpful.His daughter Catherine is such a nice person. Wish i could stay longer. Superior accommodation in ideal location, Personal contact from owner was excellent

Apartment was well equipped with appliances, cleaning supplies and furnishings. Side facing sea meant we had a view of the beach, but weren't battered by wind.

Only one side of the toaster worked.

Wonderful stay in a nicely-equipped and well-located apratment.

The apartment was really comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed (with a nice fridge, good pots and pans, and everything we needed for cooking). The location is great- very close to the supermarket, shops and restaurants and next to the beach. It was a perfect base for our stay in Cape Town.

It was much colder than we expected- and we didn't realize that the small white squares on the walls were heaters until almost our last day. It might be nice to let guests know they are there and explain how to use them. Otherwise, our stay was perfect.

Exceptional

The proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. I liked the undercover parking for our vehicles, and our host brought us a spare set of keys for my son and his fiance to use.

Not really the owner's fault, but during Loadshedding when there was no power, there was also no water. The lift wasn't working, but Lovemore, from reception, helped us with our luggage up the stairs to the first floor.

Delightful, peaceful and covered, safe parking.

Unexpectedly, There were modest supplies of quite a few basics and consequently, we also left useful non- perishable goodies.

I was not aware that there was a heated pool, so missed out on a nice swim on a cold day! It may have been mentioned in my reservation notifications, but I was not aware of it,

Fantastic location - most convenient and relaxing holiday in a long time.

The location was fantastic with a view of the sea from the main bedroom and direct access to the beach. Shops and a large variety of restaurants are all within 5 minutes walking distance. There is even a gym and a e-bike/paddle board hire around the corner. The accommodation was clean with many small extras already stocked upon arrival.

The host Jeff ensured that there was toiletries, some basic groceries like tea, coffee, milk sugar, juice, fruit and chocolates. He was most welcoming. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The shopping centres and restaurants are all within walking distance. I am definitely going to book here again. Really had a great time with my family.

De locatie is perfect aan het strand en het uitzicht vanaf het grote balcon is fantastisch en op loop afstand meerdere restaurants.( Dunes) Een zeer goede beveiliging in the village :24/7 en een receptie met vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel Een binnen zwembad en een parkeer garage met eigen plek was heel fijn. Een mand met fruit, chocola en een fles wijn was een mooi welkom p.

Harde matrassen in beide kamers , gordijnen die niet schoon waren. Vloerbedeking in het gehele complex die vies was Een niet werkende tv met alleen DVD films
