Everything was perfect - Hout Bay is quite central, Dawn was a great host, the accommodation was modern, clean, and comfortable, and there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. We would definitely go back!

Excellent facility and wonderful host

The place was perfect. We had everything I needed, including a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. One of the rooms has a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Spar, Kauai, and many great restaurants. Dawn is a friendly and kind person, and if you have any questions, she is always there to help.

As I was traveling for work and working nearby, the location was exactly what we needed! I loved the extra touches like hand soap and a makeup towel, also the fan in the bedroom during Summer is a big win! The apartment has modern facilities and a few extras like an air fryer. The view from the lounge is incredible!

100% fantastic place.

Everything about the accommodation was excellent, incredibly clean on arrival, complimentary milk, fruit and drinks in the fridge. Great location for the beach and shops. The view out of the big window is amazing, in fact all the upstairs windows have a spectacular view. I did book another accommodation first and they cancelled on me, I am so pleased they did.

The only thing and it was a tiny tiny inconvenience but the one thing I would change is the safe is too small, I couldn't get my DSLR camera in.

A fantastic unit. The unit had everything we needed and more. Will definitely return.

Dawn met us at the unit to give us the keys. Great communication from her throughout our stay. She thought of everything, from a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge, snacks, basic condiments in the kitchen. We felt right at home. The location of the unit is fantastic. Safe parking in the basement, super clean unit with everything we needed. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay. Dawn is an amazing host and made our stay super enjoyable.

Modernisiertes Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung und viel Platz, hochwertige Einbauten in Küche und Bädern, perfekte Sauberkeit.

Die Lage ist nicht wirklich ruhig - viel befahrene Straße, auf der den ganzen Tag Autos mit kaputtem Auspuff (oder "Sportauspuff" oder Motorräder grundsätzlich ohne dB-Eater) unterwegs sind. Durch die Einfachverglasung kaum Geräuschdämmung. Leider fehlen auch in Küche und Wohnbereich blickdichte Vorhänge/Rollos.

Ich würde hier sofort einziehen

Geräumig, hell, suuuuper Lage. Ein phantastisches, gemütliches und sehr gepflegtes Apartment. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut durchdacht. Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Grill, Fön, Picknickgeschirr. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht - nicht nur, wenn man eine Nacht bleibt sondern auch für längere Aufenthalte. Wir wurden im Voraus schon kontaktiert und bei Ankunft persönlich und herzlich begrüßt. Obwohl das Apartment direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt ist diese nachts sehr leise. Auch tagsüber ist der Geräuschpegel der Straße nicht sonderlich laut. Direkt gegenüber bietet ein großer SPAR-Supermarkt alles was das Herz begehrt und eine handvoll Restaurants und Cafés sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge zum Kap, nach Kapstadt, zu diversen Stränden und auf die Weingüter. Ausserdem empfanden wir die Gegend um das Apartment herum als sicher. Kurzum, wir würden gerne länger bleiben, wenn da nicht dieser Rückflug wäre. Wir konnten keine kritischen oder negative Erfahrung in dem Apartment entdecken. Es war alles stimmig.
