This beautiful / modern house is located in the quiet and particularly safe residential area of Lake Michelle in Noordhoek, right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Cape Town. Beautifully located in the middle of nature, but any infrastructure (cafes, bakery, beach, bars, restaurants, mall etc.)
This Eco Security Estate offers a safe, peaceful environment with breathtaking scenery. It is conveniently located near Long Beach, Noordhoek Farm Village and Chapman's Peak and only 30 minutes from downtown Cape Town and the waterfront.
Fishing, swimming and hiking are just a few of the activities that are available in the safety of the property.

This bright, sunny and spacious house, just a few steps from the lake, is the ideal place for a family vacation. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a breathtaking view of the mountains and the lake. It has an open living / dining area and kitchen, with all the necessities for a comfortable vacation. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer are some of the amenities to make your vacation pleasant and comfortable.
There is a large open area around the house and only 50 m away from the rear terrace is a breathtaking lake access with a jetty. The lake can be used for swimming, fishing and enjoying nature.
There is a Weber charcoal grill on the patio and outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful Cape Town weather. The Lake Michelle Eco Estate offers approximately 5 km of walking paths, on which you can move freely and safely at any time to enjoy your vacation and the weather to the fullest.
