This beautiful / modern house is located in the quiet and particularly safe residential area of Lake Michelle in Noordhoek, right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Cape Town. Beautifully located in the middle of nature, but any infrastructure (cafes, bakery, beach, bars, restaurants, mall etc.)
This Eco Security Estate offers a safe, peaceful environment with breathtaking scenery. It is conveniently located near Long Beach, Noordhoek Farm Village and Chapman's Peak and only 30 minutes from downtown Cape Town and the waterfront.
