A very nice and cosy flat, but unfortunately the neighbours are quite unpleasant.

The flat was nice and cosily furnished. The size of the flat was also fine. Nice terrace with a small pool and sun loungers, overlooking the mountains. Very good location, close to the beach, several restaurants and shops.

The flat was not adequately equipped; many basic items were missing, such as teaspoons and dishwasher tablets, but after reporting this, the host quickly provided the missing equipment, although it is not the responsibility of guests on holiday to point out what is missing in the flat. The worst thing, was the situation with the neighbours, who complained immediately after we had been in the flat for half an hour, claiming that our children were making noise. However, the most grotesque situation took place two days later, on Monday: from 8 a.m. onwards, throughout the day, tiles were being cut, hammers were being used, etc. in the flat above us. The noise only stopped four days later. Unfortunately, the owner did not inform us that the flat next door would be undergoing renovation, even though his neighbour had reported this to the building administration. Unfortunately, I do not recommend staying in this building, even though the flat itself was pleasant.

Close to the beach, safe and secure, underground parking, great host.

The property has beautiful views of the mountain. Complimentary bottle of wine and quality coffee beans for the machine. They allowed us an early checkin and late checkout which was appreciated. A modern beautiful apartment with everything you need. A very accommodating host . I would certainly recommend a stay here.

We enjoyed the stay at The Breakers in Hout Bay very much. There is a charming view, and everything in the area is close. Restaurants, beach, walking trails. Gavin is helpful, everything was great!

A very pleasant 6 day stay. we flew home very relaxed.

A modern style with good light, well equipped kitchen, safe underground parking and a large patio with plunge pool and stunning views. the cleaning team Who also did our introduction were great and the host was very helpful and obliging.

Aircon would have been nice and maybe repositioning the microwave to allow more workspace.

Great location, quiet, and easy access to local amenities. Very well placed for day trips into Cape Town, the Cape Peninsula and the wine lands. Apartment is modern, clean and spacious, with a very large terrace. Secure underground parking a bonus. Gavin, the host, was very helpful in communicating prior to arrival and in offering recommendations for places to eat - all of which were excellent.

Load shedding was disruptive.

Beautiful and central loft apartment

Loved the linen, tiling, the smart mi TV, the washing machine(with washing powder and fold up clothes line) and dishwasher! Also loved the central location in hout Bay.

The windows in the kids bedroom were broken and could not be opened without them falling dangerously. The bathroom mats were worn out
