For one person the layout and amenities are good. It was clean and price was fair for this time of the year
Wi-Fi didn’t work through my entire stay - not enough to even have audio calls. Owner response was no previous guests faced this issue instead of trying to fix it. Also, some of the things in past reviews about floor creaking, stairs etc are correct.

Great location. The apartment is dated.
Fantastic location. Just a few minutes walk to everywhere. Amazing view from the back window.
It felt like a budget 1980s student flat. The stairs are in poor condition . The front door is left unlocked. There was a lot of other people’s paperwork stored in the room. ( not in my way. ) It was hard to shut the tap off fully, it dripped in the sink I placed a sponge under the drip

Studio dans la ville piétonne. Très agréable.
L'appartement est très bien situé dans un vieil immeuble en centre ville qui est piétonne. En bord de mer et de toutes les commodités.
Il n'y a pas de parking gratuit, ils sont tous payant. Se garer dans le haut de la ville (parking gratuit) et marcher un peu pour revenir.

Ottimo alloggio per soggiornare qualche giorno nel cuore di Rovigno, appartamento silenzioso e pulito. Gentili i proprietari ad accordarci di depositare e ritirare i bagagli oltre i consueti orari in uno spazio fuori dall'appartamento

Két embernek pont kényelmes, jól felszerelt, klímás az apartman. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, igazán központi helyen található, minden közel van, ám mégis csendes. Nagyon kedves volt a szállásadó hölgy, akivel e-mailben kommunikáltunk. Nagyon gyorsan válaszolt, mindenről időben tájékoztatott, és egy hatalmas tál friss, saját füge várt minket. Összességében elégedettek voltunk mindennel.

Posizione centrale vicino alle maggiori attrazioni, ai ristoranti e al grande parcheggio (3,50€ all'ora nei mesi estivi valido anche di notte..).
Arrivati il sabato pomeriggio, la padrona di casa era irreperibile perché il numero presente su booking era sbagliato e alle mail non rispondeva nessuno. Contatto l'assistenza booking, 25 minuti di attesa per un operatore e altri 30 di chiamata per cercare una soluzione (operatore gentilissimo e bravissimo a cercare di rimediare alla situazione) ma anche i loro contatti risultavano inesistenti e non rispondevano. Dopo un'ora e mezza (aveva iniziato anche a piovere) pronto a cercare un'altra struttura troviamo un numero, era della figlia, che ci mette in contatto con la padrona di casa, a loro non risultava nessuna prenotazione.. decide comunque di venire da noi, altri 15 minuti, per poi farci scoprire che la camera non era nemmeno stata rifatta dopo il soggiorno di altri ospiti. È stata esattamente 28 minuti per rifare la camera, booking dà un lasso di tempo di 30 minuti dopo una mail in cui l'host ha l'obbligo di rifare la camera, rientrando in questa tempistica non abbiamo neanche potuto rifiutare la stanza, perché l'intenzione era quella di andare via e chiedere un rimborso. Ma dopo due ore tra attesa, pioggia e molto nervosismo ce la siamo fatta andare bene. A cavallo tra luglio e agosto non possono succedere queste cose, soprattutto non avere a disposizione nessun contatto valido da usare in queste situazioni. Alla fine sì è scusata dell'accaduto ma MAI PIÙ.
