The location to pick up the key is more or less around the corner (approx. 300 m from the apartment itself). It is easily reachable via public transport (bus from the airport). The staff was very friendly and sent a helpful video how to get into the apartment.
The equipment in the kitchen would have been good enough to cook simple meals. (I didn't use it, though)
If there is something to complain: there were 3 different keys to carry around... (So, very, very minor)
