BLEU BUFFA is a nice one bedroom apartment. Its location in the city center("Golden Square"), a few steps from the sea is ideal.
The apartment has a modern decoration. Several shades of blue in the decorative elements dress the apartment. The Scandinavian style chairs, the imitation cement tiles in the kitchen and the white lacquered furniture give the apartment a sleek and stylish look.
Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

Excellent heating, lots of hot water. The bed is very comfortable even for a tall person. Perfect location. Good lock. The system to get and give back keys is perfect. Good internet connection. Very clean.
You cannot improve on the quality of the building : flimsy walls and you hear all of what is happening in the building.

L'appartement correspond à la description faite sur le site : il a une belle décoration, est très lumineux et présente de beaux volumes, on s'y sent très bien. La cuisine est bien conçue et est très fonctionnelle. Tous les équipements sont en parfait état et propres. La chambre est assez spacieuse, a une décoration raffinée et possède une grande armoire. La literie est de bonne qualité, le matelas est très confortable. Le linge fourni : torchons de cuisine, serviettes de toilette, draps et taies d'oreiller étaient tous impeccables. La salle d'eau est neuve et d'une propreté exemplaire comme le reste de l'appartement. J'ai apprécié les produits offerts (shampooing, gel douche et crème) ainsi que la présence de produits ménagers (liquide vaisselle mais aussi produits d'entretien, sprays, éponges). Son emplacement est idéal, vous êtes à 3 minutes à pied de la promenade des Anglais en passant devant le mythique palace Negresco et la Villa Massena ! L'appartement est situé à proximité de tous commerces (pharmacie, boulangeries, boucheries, supérettes, café, etc). J'ai séjourné dans cet appartement dans d'excellentes conditions. Un grand merci à l'équipe de la conciergerie pour l'organisation de mon séjour et son professionnalisme. L'équipe est très disponible et répond à vos sollicitations rapidement et toujours avec une grande gentillesse. Je ferai à nouveau appel à vous pour une location très prochainement.

Appartement propre ,lumineux et surtout extrêmement bien situé par rapport à nos attentes. Et surtout un élément très rassurant : la présence de la conciergerie dont les collaborateurs font preuve d'une grande amabilité.
