Отличные апартаменты! Мы отдыхали семьёй из трёх человек с сыном 14 лет и остались очень довольны. Сын спал на диване — для подростка вполне комфортно. Квартира чистая, уютная и полностью соответствует фотографиям. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Особенно порадовали два кондиционера — отлично охлаждали квартиру даже в жару. Кухня полностью оборудована: посуда, кофемашина и капсулы, средства для посудомоечной машины. Есть всё для стирки, гели для душа и шампуни, чистое постельное бельё и полотенца. Для пляжа предусмотрены зонтик и складной стульчик. В доме есть лифт. В квартире было тихо, никакого мешающего шума — ночью спали спокойно. Отдельное спасибо Michael! Он вовремя встретил нас, передал ключи, всё показал и объяснил. Всегда был на связи и быстро отвечал на вопросы. Чувствуется, что хозяин продумал множество мелочей для комфорта гостей. Для семьи из трёх человек — отличный вариант. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова!

Appartement propre, fonctionnel avec tous les equipements nécessaires. Il est bien situé à proximite immediate de la plage des restos et commerces. L’hote est avenant et arrangeant.

Right in the centre (100 m from Le Negresco) but a rather quiet street. 5 m walk from the beach (including time spent waiting for the green light). Shops, good restaurants nearby.
